Sex and Relational Therapy
In our work together, I provide a safe, nonjudgmentalspace where you can explore the emotional and physical aspects of yourrelationship. Using evidence-based approaches and a compassionate,collaborative style, I help partners identify the patterns that keep themstuck, rebuild emotional safety, and foster deeper intimacy. For individuals,we explore how past experiences, identity, and self-perception influence theway you show up in relationships — including with yourself.
Individual Therapy
As a Graduate Student in Marriage and Family Therapy with over 30 years of coaching a bodywork experience, I strive to taylor sessions to YOU. My goal is to support and nurture your authentic voice, healing what needs healing, and finding a positive path toward changing what you would like to change. I bring in all of my unique background experiences and trainings to support you being fully expressed YOU.
